As General Contractor, Novak has worked on over 200 projects that range in size from 10,000 to 700,000 square feet.  These include ground-up, “fast-track” retail/warehouse facilities with 18-42 acre complete site development, out-lot gas station facilities and interior renovations.

Off-site improvements include road widening, traffic signalization and utility relocation. The interiors include a food court; meat preparation area; bakery, freezer and cooler; full optical, photo, pharmacy and tire centers.

These projects have a 110-day turnover schedule.
