Novak served as General Contractor for an interior remodel of an existing restaurant. The interior of the store was demolished to make way for a newly designed front of house space. This included new millwork features, fabric panels and wall coverings, new ceilings, light fixtures, specialty artwork, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen line equipment and MEPFP systems.
The exterior received new upgrades including new signage, metal canopies, ornamental and decorative facade elements and outdoor seating with overhead trellis.
This was a fast-track project utilizing 3-24 hour shifts, 7 days week.
