Novak Construction performed Design-Build services for this residential conversion of an existing 11-story office space into 32 residential apartments and three amenity rooms. It is located in the heart of downtown Chicago. This high-end apartment complex included new wall and ceiling layouts, wall finishes, millwork, MEPFP systems and balconies/terraces.
