1.2 Million GSF E-Commerce Center for Industry-Leading Global Retailer

Novak is currently constructing an e-commerce distribution center for a major retailer in a 1.2-million-square-foot shell building. The project scope includes a 450,000-square-foot, three-story mezzanine, 800,000 cubic feet of very narrow aisle storage, and 1.65 million cubic feet of automatic storage and retrieval with state-of-the-art material handling systems. The project also includes a 100,000-square-foot, three-story office building, multiple sets of restrooms, break rooms, a trucker lounge, a guard shack, fire tank with pumphouse, fuel island, semi-truck snow removal system, and additional parking. Project completion is slated for August 2022.
