Novak Construction Breaks Ground on Large-Scale Distribution Center

Novak is currently constructing a 1.1-million-square-foot distribution center for a major retailer in Illinois. The facility will include 482 trailer parking stalls, 229 employee parking spaces, two detention ponds, and 100 Overhead Doors with 77 Precast Knock Out panels for future expansion and additional Overhead Doors.
