#FullCircleCommunities, a Chicago-based philanthropic non-profit, joined Novak Construction and the City of #McHenry to Celebrate the start of construction at Pearl Street Commons. This 25-unit apartment development will provide much needed affordable, services-rich housing targeted to veterans and the disabled.
