Projects range in size and scope from ground-up precast and masonry buildings to interior remodels. Some projects include demolition and site development.
The Channahon location was completed over two phases. Phase I work included mass grading of a 13.5 acre site, installation of a new IDOT frontage road, utility improvements, construction of an undergroundstormwater retention vault and site landscaping. Phase II work included a new travel plaza and convenience center. This unique infrastructure project required close field coordination with several regulatory agencies including IDOT, the IEPA, the Village of Channahon, along with the adjoining businesses still in operation.
