Novak served as General Contractor on four Caremark CVS Pharmacy Office locations throughout Illinois. These projects included multiple build-outs as well as renovations and expansions. Projects included training rooms, offices, a cafeteria, IDF closet additions and building modernization work (sprinkler, fire alarm and generator). Highend lighting, custom milwork and glazing, new flooring and ceilings, MEPFP and
custom acoustic drywall panels were also added.
Novak performed a partial interior tenant build-out of the 2nd and 3rd floor conference rooms and multiple offices of the Expo Center located in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. This phased remodel plan included high-end lighting, custom millwork and glazing, new flooring and ceilings, MEPFP systems and custom acoustic drywall panel “clouds.”
