Novak served as general contractor for the construction of a new Costco Wholesale Depot in Owatonna, Minnesota. The project included a 350,000-square-foot Distribution Center and a 200,000-square-foot E-Commerce Center.
The Depot was built on a 150-acre site with 80 acres developed in phase one, including:
- Cross-dock, dry and cold depot, and conveyored e-commerce center
- Public road widening for facility access
- Guardhouse for security and monitoring of truck shipments and deliveries
- Pre-engineered metal building with pre-cast insulate concrete panels
- 120 dock doors
