Costco Wholesale Distribution

Novak constructed a 1.1-million-square-foot distribution center for Costco Wholesale in Illinois. The facility will include 482 trailer parking stalls, 229 employee parking spaces, two detention ponds, and 100 Overhead Doors with 53 Precast Knock Out panels for future expansion and additional Overhead Doors. Along with this work, an additional 30,000 SF of office build-out was completed as well as .5 mile of country road rebuilt in partnership with the city and county’s coordination.
