Novak Construction served as General Contractor for three interior remodels that range in size from 8,000-15,000 square feet. Floor plans were reconfigured and décor was updated to a modern-look featuring ceramic tile and aluminum storefronts. Each location included new offices, lighting systems, voice and data lines, new flooring, wall decor covering, custom millwork and finishes, teller lines and drive-thru windows.
Interior demolition was done in phases in order to keep each bank open for business at all times. Novak coordinated with the staff to ensure that bank security and customer safety were maintained. In addition, the team worked with the Owner and the Architect to achieve value engineering goals in order to keep the projects on-budget.
