Novak Construction served as General Contractor for this 95-unit condo building on the riverfront in Elgin, Illinois. This project included the demolition of an existing 5-story office building.
The new building included an 8-story all pre-cast construction with retail on the first level, a heated underground parking garage as well as a storage area for residents.
