Novak Construction served as General Contractor for both the Naperville and Westmont Standard Market locations.
The new Naperville store represented a ground-up project with customizations that included a cheese-aging “cave,” full-service coffee bar, a bakery, gelato, pasta, sushi and popcorn stations, plus two separate sit-down dining areas.
The Wesmont project was shell-building and tenant improvement work that included a full restaurant, wine and cheese shop. The scope of work included new MEPFPs plus new refrigeration systems for food cases. This project is a flagship store and the first-of-its-kind for Standard Market.
