Novak Construction served as General Contractor for this lobby and restaurant build-out located within the Hyatt Place in downtown Chicago. This new Lettuce Entertain You Enterprise restaurant concept with acclaimed chef, C.J. Johnson, focuses on light Mediterranean-style food. The project included new MEPFP systems, high-end millwork, lighting and decor finishes, new structural work for additional dining space, an exterior trellis, revolving door with operable window system and exposed concrete floors throughout.
The hotel’s lobby, reception area and restaurant were all renovated while the hotel was open and operational.
