Novak served as general contractor for these projects which range from ground-up precast and masonry buildings to multiple, remodel/expansion projects. Each store includes new electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems, plus new flooring, wall finishes, and decor.

The stores’ interiors provide completely new grocery wings with a deli, bakery, produce, meat, and dairy departments, as well as new offices, training rooms, pharmacies, and Subway sandwich shops. Approximately 25 acres of extensive site development, including new off-site traffic-controlled intersections, concrete islands, landscaping, and concrete-paved parking lots are included in these projects’ scopes.
