Novak constructed an e-commerce fulfillment center for Walmart in a 1.2-million-square-foot shell building. The project scope included a 450,000-square-foot, two-story mezzanine, 800,000 cubic feet of very narrow aisle storage, and 1.65 million cubic feet of automatic storage and retrieval with state-of-the-art material handling systems. The project also included a 100,000-square-foot office building, multiple sets of restrooms, break rooms, a trucker lounge, a guard shack, and additional parking.
